Hey there! My name is Kay and I am a NJ local, who also travels across the Hudson very often, in the search of new foods & experiences. I'm the friend who is always trying out new places and letting you know if they're worth your time (and $$)

After building an entire archive of pictures with just an iPhone and some natural lighting, I decided it was time to share them on Instagram (@hungrykayxo) with fellow Foodies and anyone in need of recommendations. I know how it feels to visit an unfamiliar area and not know where to go, what to do or what's best to order. I want everyone who visits the cities that I love, to leave with the best experience possible. This inspired me to write reviews on Yelp about my own experiences, join a close community of Foodies on Instagram and create this website to curate recommendations for you to check out.
