I visited Blend on the Water with my boyfriend for our anniversary in December 2020 for Brunch. My boyfriend and I love Blend on the Water and typically visit for special occasions, but this was our first time visiting post-pandemic. The staff were wearing masks and the tables appeared to be properly distanced apart. We were sat inside, I believe outdoor seating was not offered due to the rainy weather that day, but it was okay because the inside was clean and spaced out!

Our waitress was very friendly and ready to take down our entire order since we knew what we wanted. For drinks, I went with a Guava Mojito and my boyfriend got a tropical-flavored mule. He stated that his drink was "fire" and that he was happy with his choice. I found my Guava mojito to be good, but the liquor slightly overpowered the guava flavor. I paired this drink with the Mazorca Croquettes (roasted corn, tomatoes & cheese croquettes, cholula aioli, cotija cheese and cilantro) appetizer to start, and they were delicious! They were perfectly crispy and had a lot of flavor. I would definitely order that app again!

For our meals off the Brunch menu, I ordered the Sweet Potato & Feta Tacos (roasted sweet potato, feta cheese, cholula aioli, fried shallot) and my boyfriend ordered the Churrasco with white rice & beans. My order came with three tacos and they were packed with flavor. I was happy with this vegetarian choice but would recommend ordering a side of home fries or french fries with it. My boyfriend always enjoys his Churrasco from Blend on the Water and was extra happy that they had A1 readily available.

We were extremely full after our meal so we did not order a dessert, but we were very satisfied with our stay. We are hoping to stop by again for outdoor seating once it gets a little warmer outside!
