The Best Pancakes in Jersey City?

As someone who spends a lot of time in Jersey City, Life Pancake Company is definitely one of my go-to Breakfast spots. Every time I stop by, the staff are friendly & attentive and the food is amazing!

Last time I went to LIFE, it was for breakfast with my boyfriend. I ordered the Fresh Fruit Cakes (Strawberries, blueberries & bananas) and my boyfriend ordered the Fried Chicken Basket w/ Curly Fries. My pancakes were warm & fluffy and paired wonderfully with the fresh fruit on top. I would recommend if you're looking to try LIFE's pancakes but don't want anything too heavy. They certainly have interesting pancake options such as M&M's, PB & J Sandwich & Oreo- if you want something more Insta-gram friendly! My boyfriend also enjoyed his meal, stating that the chicken tasted fresh and was juicy and that the curly fries were well-seasoned and crispy.

I also want to mention that LIFE has liquor too and their Mimosa and Hawaiian specialty drink were both solid menu options. I love having the occasional boozy brunch and their liquor prices are not bad at all!

All in all, LIFE Pancake Company is a solid option in Jersey City and I would highly recommend! The staff are always great and they have such a diverse menu. I cannot wait to stop by again- soon!
