Yard House Location at New Jersey's American Dream Mall

I visited Yard House with some family after being in the Mall all day and I am so happy that I got to stop by! I've been anticipating this opening after having a not-so-spectacular experience at a different Yard House location. The American Dream Mall location did not disappoint!

First off, the view of Big Snow inside of the Yard House is great and I cannot wait to visit when there are people going down the slopes. It felt like being in a cool mountain cabin. We arrived around 8PM on a Wednesday and we were immediately sat down. Shoutout to our waiter Dom who was absolutely amazing!

-Queso Dip (cheddar, pepper jack, queso blanco, roasted poblano peppers, guajillo chile, chipotle, warm flour tortillas & chips)

-Gardein Wings w/ Korean Chili Garlic Sauce

-Guac & Chips (red onion, cilantro, serranos, lime)

-Shiitake Garlic Noodles (shiitake mushrooms, garlic, honey, parmesan, chives)

DRINKS:

-Long Beach Tea (hangar 1 vodka, bacardi rum, chavo malo tequila blanco, tanqueray gin, orange liqueur, citrus agave, cranberry juice, sprite)

For appetizers, we ordered the Queso Dip and it was actually really delicious. It came out hot and the tortilla chips accompanied them well. Since the Dip came with flour tortillas too, I would put one of my Gardein Wings in the tortilla and the put Queso right on top. It was absolutely delicious and now I am craving the wings again!! Next time I'm going to get BBQ sauce on them but I was happy with the Korean Chili Garlic sauce too! The Gardein Wings come out crispy and taste just like boneless chicken. Definitely try them out!

The Guac & Chips was also a delicious app and you can tell the guac was made fresh. Loved the serranos on top! This was the perfect app to eat alongside the Long Beach Tea, which was slightly sweet.

For my meal, I decided to just order the Shiitake Garlic Noodles from the appetizer menu. I wish I would have saved some of the Gardein Wings to put on top of the noodles! The noodles were decent but were not my favorite food of the night. Next time, I will probably go for another meal or stick to appetizers and drinks!

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at the Yard House and cannot wait to stop by again for a date night. I'm happy to have a nearby location now!
